I am Kalina Terzieva — a coach, facilitator, and speaker passionate about helping individuals, teams, and organizations thrive in complex environments. With a background in professional coaching, agile transformation, neuroscience, NLP, and positive psychology, I bring a unique blend of strategic insight and human-centered leadership to every engagement.
Over the last decade, I’ve partnered with leaders and teams in the financial sector, technology, and beyond to navigate transformation with confidence. Whether guiding executives through strategic shifts, coaching teams to unlock their collective intelligence, or designing workshops that turn tension into innovation, I bring both structure and empathy to the table.
As a certified coach (PCC, ICF), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), and practitioner of NLP and Positive Psychology, I combine rigorous methods with a deep commitment to human dynamics. I believe that sustainable performance comes from aligning well-being, inclusion, and decision-making — and that growth is possible when people feel safe, engaged, and empowered.
I also love sharing insights as a speaker. From Agile Tour Montréal to PMI events and international conferences, I’ve spoken on topics such as personal agility, mastering retrospectives, and overcoming cognitive biases. My sessions are known for being interactive, practical, and thought-provoking — leaving participants not just inspired, but equipped to take action.
Beyond my professional work, travel is one of my passions. Exploring new destinations expands my perspective and fuels my curiosity — just as coaching and facilitation do. Both invite us to connect with people, cultures, and ideas that remind us of what truly matters.
My Philosophy / Core Belief”
“Change doesn’t have to be overwhelming. With the right mindset, tools, and support, it becomes an opportunity to grow stronger — together.”
I’ve always been curious about what helps people grow — and what holds them back.
Early in my career, I worked in large organizations leading change and transformation. I saw how strategy alone wasn’t enough — people needed clarity, trust, and connection to truly move forward.
That realization led me to coaching. Today, I combine what I’ve learned from neuroscience, agile transformation, and positive psychology to help leaders and teams navigate change with confidence and humanity.
For me, it’s not just about performance — it’s about creating environments where people feel seen, valued, and capable of their best work.
